FEMA to Open Temporary Office in Anamosa Posted 20 June 2008 A FEMA Disaster Recovery Center for Individual Assistance will open beginning Monday, June 23, at 8 a.m. The Center will be open 7 days a week for 30 days, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. at the West Middle School Annex in Anamosa (burgundy and stone building - not the school building). Those residents seeking assistance are asked to use the south side entrance to the building at 200 S. Garnavillo Street in Anamosa.
