I-380 Reopens to Traffic Posted 17 June 2008 The Iowa Department of Transportation announced the closed portion of Interstate 380 in Johnson County was expected to reopen this morning, Tuesday, June 17, at 6 a.m. The DOT closed the road from exit 4 to exit 10 because of flooding in the area. The Interstate crosses the upper portion of the Coralville Reservoir, which reached record levels this week
