Local Highways Reopen Posted 16 June 2008 Portions of Highway 30 and Highway 13 that were closed because of the flooding reopened Sunday. Highway 13 between Highway 30 and Mount Vernon Road is now open. Highway 30, which had been closed between Interstate 380 and Highway 1, has also reopened in both directions. Iowa 220 in Iowa County, which links South Amana and West Amana, is scheduled to reopen this morning, Monday, June 16, at 9 a.m.
